ACW Part 4 – I think thats a wrap

This final process entailed tidying up some of the flesh parts of the figures, going over some of the painting errors adding bits that I had missed and generally bringing a bit of colour to them. I then prepared the bases with a 50/50 mix of PVA and water and added the flock to them, washed them in nut brown ink and added the flags. And finally, I put on a couple of coats of varnish, job done. Here are the Union and Confederate Cavalry Bases

The Union and Confederate Cavalry, I think, are looking great, even if I say so myself. This brings me to the Infantry bases.
