Exciting new functionality – plus news, a blog and a whole lot more

09 May 2017

Collection Calculator has now undergone a second major upgrade since its launch in the New Year.

The improvements have now gone “live” and include:

  • The ability to select the currency you want your valuation in
  • A simple print function allowing you to print out inventories on nicely designed and tidy PDFs
  • More dynamic management of the photos of your units

A News page and a Blog have also been introduced. On top of that, founders Peter Riley and David Pead have created a number of social media profiles and are hoping to build a bit of a following from the Wargamer community as the collections stored on the system mounts. Please check them out here:

Collection Calculator is a free on-line website that tells you instantly the reserve price you should put on your collection if you want to sell or insure it - or are just plain curious.

Once you've registered for your free account, you can build your own Table of Organisation and Equipment unit by unit and see how your collection increases in value as each additional item is added.

The new service was launched in early 2017 and quickly attracted hundreds of Wargamers who uploaded details of thousands of units forming their collections.

Many provided positive and constructive feedback which encouraged David and Peter to add further improvements and even greater functionality to the service.

“And we are not finished yet,” said Peter Riley, who is also a is a well-known Polemos Rules writer.

“We are in the process of building a fully searchable Wargaming Links Directory that will enable you to quickly find whatever you need for your collection. Watch this space.”
